Lake Balboa/Anthony C Beilenson Park in Resada

The Lake Balboa/Anthony C. Beilenson Park is a huge park with a giant lake and golf course that has something for the whole family to do and enjoy. You can throw a huge birthday party for your kids here, picnic with your family, go fishing or just take a stroll around the park. You can also bring your dogs here but make sure to keep them on leash. The lake has a lot of wildlife that you can see and the entire park is full of trees giving it that woodsy feel.

Lake Balboa/Anthony Beilenson Park is located two miles from many popular restaurants off of Ventura Blvd. So if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or some coffee you can do that as well. The park is very close to a bus stop and a train station as well. It’s perfect for people who want to live in a quiet area but still be close to everything that Los Angeles has to offer.

This is a very peaceful community with great schools. There are a few parks in the area as well such as the Lake Balboa Park, Jesse Owens mini-park and the Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area Bike Path. The majority of the community is residential with single-family homes. This is a very safe and family-friendly community with a lot to do and it’s only about 23 miles from Downtown Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks operates and maintains the City’s 13 parks, more than 92 miles of hiking trails, the world-class Griffith Observatory and other historic landmarks, Venice Beach and 12 museums. The department also oversees the city’s urban treetops, more than a dozen lakes and countless sports fields and playgrounds that provide local residents and visitors with year-round opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

Located in the eastern part of the San Fernando Valley, Lake Balboa is bordered on the north by Northridge, on the east by Van Nuys, the south by the Sepulveda Basin and on the west by Reseda. In terms of administrative duties, the majority of Lake Balboa falls under LA City Council District 6, while a small portion of it falls under the jurisdiction of Council District 12.

The main attraction in this area is the Lake Balboa Park which has a huge lake in it. The lake has a lot of wildlife in it and there is also a paved walking path around the lake. The lake is also a popular spot for fishing. The park has a number of picnic areas and barbecue pits as well as children’s play areas, a fitness center and more. There is even a boating lake in the park for those who want to go boating. You can rent boats at the park but you need to check out the rules before doing so.
